Authorize the Medical Examiner to release the loved one to National City & Chula Vista Mortuary - 619-477-4139.
Once written authorization has been obtained, our staff will transfer your loved one into our care.

Depending on the doctor or coroner signing the death certificate, and our crematory schedule, we will contact you once the cremated remains are ready in approximately two weeks.

If you are ordering certified copies of the death certificate, they will available in approximately 2-3 weeks.
